Bergeson Christmas

We went to Montevideo for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year to be with the Bergeson's. It was so much fun. I really enjoyed the extra sleep when Grandpa Bruce kindly volunteered to take Tyden at 6:30 every morning. Although, I think that was Grandpa's favorite part of Christmas. Tyden REALLY enjoyed all the attention from his Uncles. There was one point where I couldn't find Tyden and found him playing with Uncle Todd in Todd's room. He loves to play with those "big" boys! We had the famous ribs Bruce makes for Christmas dinner and then opened such wondeful gifts! Again, my stocking (and Tyden's) was the only one that made it until Christmas morning! Everybody else must know the exact minute that Santa comes ! :) I can't thank everybody enough for such a wondeful holiday.

Burgau/Gulsvig Christmas

It has taken me awhile to get Christmas postings up as I have unfortunately had to spend many extra hours at work the past few days. Anyway, we had a wonderful Christmas. We celebrated with my family on the 22nd-23rd. Tyden was definitely spoiled but we loved every minute! We got some really nice things and very fun toys! The food was terrific and my sister and her family as well as all of us stayed at my mom and dad's overnight (even though we live a few blocks away). It is so fun to wake up with everybody there. The cousins had fun playing together!

My own tree!

I have my own little tree downstairs! It is 4 ft tall! I didn't like the feel of (fake) branches. I am in my little Christmas outfit. The hat is too small so Mommy cut the back. :) The hat makes my ears stick out so I look like an elf! Merry Christmas (early!).

Found my toes!!

I found my toes. Well, I always grabbed at them, but now I suck on them! My big toes are like pacifiers to me! It kind of tickles when I suck on them.

Sitting Up!

I don't even like to lay down in my bouncer anymore! I love to sit up and look around and grab anything within arms reach.

At the gym

I love to go watch mommy's team play. I am her good luck charm. I give her a hug and kiss at the bench before the game...and every game I am at they win!!

Reading

I loved to "read" books. Well, maybe I eat them most of the time. Mommy signed me up to be in a book club. I just got my first book in the mail. I can't wait to get that one in my mouth too! :)

Tyden and Austin

Tyden and Austin love to play together! Actually, Tyden likes to try and eat Austin's hands and tends to roll over on top of Austin. I am sure one day he will get even.

I stole this picture off of my sister's blog. I am sure when Tyden and Austin are older they will roll their eyes at how we dressed them alike. It is amazing at how different they look, but yet how they are both still soooooooooo cute!

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We were at my mom and dad's. The meal was great and everyone got in a little nap. We played games and had many laughs. My sister and I (and the kids) stayed overnight (even though we only live a few blocks away) just for fun. We had a blast. There were pack-n-plays everywhere!! Bryant and Craig figured they would just stay in their own beds...maybe we can talk them into staying overnight next year!! Tyden was so good. He entertained many! We have so much to be thankful for.

Chicago

I went to Chicago last weekend as we had a tournament at the University of Chicago. We went to Michigan Ave and did some shopping as well as Navy Pier. I was exhausted when I got home so Tyden and I took a long nap together. I was sooooooooooo excited to see him!!!

New Toy

I talked Gma Penny into an early Christmas present. Actually...it didn't take much. I love bouncing around in my new toy and looking at all the bright colors.

Cereal!

I get to have cereal now! The doctor thought we could introduce it as I have quite a bit of formula each day. I do not like the tray on my high chair because I can't kick my legs so we had to take that off. I am not quite sure what to do with the spoon when it comes to my mouth, but I will figure it out soon.

Rolling Over!!

I know how to roll over! I did it on Nov.2 for my great-grandma Marcella! Now that I know how to do it I do it all the time!! I can't quite figure out how to roll back so I get really frustrated! Mommy and Daddy will flip me back to my back and I roll right over onto my tummy again!

We don't like shots!

Tyden also had his 4 month shots on Halloween. Here is Tyden after Halloween. He is pretty wiped out and starting to not feel well from the shots.

Happy Halloween!

Here is Tyden on Halloween! It was pajama day at Cobber Kids and bring your favorite book day! So the first picture is of Tyden in his Halloween pajamas with his favorite book. After daycare, Tyden came to the gym with me and we put on his pumpkin outfit. He looked adorable of course!!

Carving Pumpkins

Mommy picked out a perfect pumpkin to carve and Daddy carved it for me. It was so fun to sit in my bouncer and watch. We put a candle in it and put it by our front door.

Austin's Baptism

It was my nephew Austin's baptism today. He was such a good boy. Tyden didn't like the music during the church service, but that is nothing new. When the music wasn't playing he just kept on smiling! The baptism was neat, they treated it as the children's sermon as well so all the kids got to come close to the baptismal font and watch. Austin's sponsors were his Auntie and Uncle from the other side of the family (so that is who is holding him). Bryant and I were sponsors for our niece Katelynn so I guess we have to share and let other people be sponsors for Austin. We will be sponsors at heart and continue to pray for him everyday. I count my blessings everyday for my family. We are so lucky!

Look at me!

I really showed off today. Mommy and Daddy put me on my tummy with a pillow under me. I like tummy time!! This time I wanted to show off so I pushed my legs under me. I pushed so hard that I got to my knees!!!! (and then I fell head first over the pillow). I did this many times! Mommy and Daddy were so excited!!

I'm Ticklish!

Mommy's friend Casey came over to see me today. She was playing with my feet and I would smile and giggle! I am really a charmer! And, look at my cute halloween outfit!

I'm getting big!

Tyden loves the Cobber FB games because he gets so much attention! He is always VERY tired on saturday nights because he gets passed around to many people. The other picture is Tyden and Bryant after church as we always go out for brunch.

Congrats Dad!

My dad was selected into the Concordia Athletic Hall of Fame this fall. We had a little party for him after the banquet. It was sure a fun weekend. We are so proud of him!

3 Months!

Mommy is very behind in taking my monthly picture! I am 14 weeks old and just got my 3 month picture done! Regardless of what week it is, I am sure cute!!!!! Mommy will crop the pictures and take out the red eye and then make copies for everyone!

Got it!

I am really learning to grab things! I liked grabbing on to this orange ball. It was hard to keep it in my small hands, but it was sure fun trying!

YAY!!

I love to lay by my cousin Austin and grab his arm (I am on the right and Austin is on the left). Actually, I love to grab anything that grazes my hand...especially mommy's hair! I have also discovered a new noise my voice can make. It is sort of a high pitched screech, but sometimes I do it so loud that it makes me gag! I get a lot of attention when I do it!

Fall Festival

We went to the Fall Festival in Fargo this weekend. My sister and her family, my mom and my grandma went too. We had so much fun and it was so nice outside! Tyden got a little pumpkin from the pumpkin patch from Grandma Penny and it is as round as his head!
